According to a recent scientific article analyzed by the portal sustainablefishing-uw.org, from the University of Washington (USA), it is conclusively demonstrated that the claim that bottom trawl fishing releases the same amount of carbon as all air travel is completely false. The authors of such claim made important errors in their analysis.
